📦 Where do you ship from?
All orders ship out from our Hong Kong warehouse.


❌ Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing it ⏰. After that, orders can’t be changed — but you can return it for a refund once it arrives.

(We take weekends off too 😌).

No worries — if it doesn’t show up within 30 days after shipping, you’ll get a full refund.

If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or damaged, please contact us right away. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related details so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
